Required device permissions

Mizuu requires three permissions – here’s the story on all three:

• Internet access. The application connects to the internet to download cover art, movie information and to check for updates. Permission name: android.permission.INTERNET.
• Network state. The application checks the network state before connecting to the internet. If there’s no active connections available, an error message will be displayed instead. Permission name: android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE.
• Writing to external storage. The application downloads cover art to a local storage folder on the device. Permission name: android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE.
