I posted a short video of some widget changes in the upcoming video a few days ago, and I’ve just finished all work on widgets for the upcoming version. Just thought I’d share a screenshot of the final design for the grid view widget. The stack view widget hasn’t experienced any visual changes, so there’s no screenshot of that.
And here’s what all the widgets look like from the widget picker in Android 4.0 - a stack widget (3 x 3 blocks) and a grid widget (3 x 3 blocks on tablets, 4 x 4 blocks on phones) for each type of video content, and you can naturally re-size all of them:
