About developer
Mizuu is developed by Michell Bak as a sparetime project. It is currently available in Android Market for phones and tablets. Several people have helped translating the application - these can be found listed below.

Being an avid user of the Boxee software on his Boxee Box, Michell quickly noticed the need for a similar application for Android devices, namely large-display tablets. Within a few days of coding, Mizuu Movies was created. A lot has happened since then. More than 50 updates later, ranging from minor to major, and with the addition of support for TV show, web videos and trailers, the project is now simply known as Mizuu.

Michell is currently studying sofware development at IT University of Copenhagen in Denmark, and really enjoys development applications for mobile devices. Tablets in particular are very interesting and the large screens provide previously unknown possibilities. Other interests include Facebook, League Of Legends, mobile technology, photography and StarCraft II.

Open source legacy version
You can find a legacy open source version of the so-called Mizuu Movies for Phones release that was released for Android 2.1+ phones. I’ve later decided to close the project, but open sourced it if anyone else wants to take it on. The code is available from this Google Code site.

Translations
